About

A large sauna area at the Obere Au pool and sports complex in Chur, with mountains all around. Expect Aufguss sessions, Finnish, bio and infrared saunas, a women-only area, and a warm outdoor pool that is open all year.

Saunas and steam

    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
