A public indoor pool in central Zürich with a lane pool and a small sauna area. There is a Finnish and a bio sauna, cold bucket showers, foot baths, an outdoor terrace and set times when the sauna is women-only.

Saunas and steam

    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
