About

A large sports centre in Gstaad with indoor and heated outdoor pools, water slides and mountain views. The sauna area has Finnish and bio saunas, a steam bath, cold plunge and Kneipp path, with a women-only evening each week.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.

Cooling down

  • Cold plunge (under 20 °C)
