About

A gym in the village of Lützelflüh with a large, textile-free sauna area that day guests can use. Highlights are an outdoor sauna, a warm brine pool, ice fog and an outdoor pool heated all year, with women-only and men-only times on some days.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
