About

A large thermal bath at Lavey-Morcles, surrounded by mountains and forest. You can soak in thermal spring water indoors and out, and the sauna area has Aufguss, a steam bath, a salt sauna and a snow room.

Facilities

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Salt or mineral sauna
    A sauna with salt or mineral walls or salty air to breathe.
  • Aufguss (sauna ritual)
    A sauna master pours scented water on the hot stones and fans the heat through the room.

Cooling down
