A city indoor pool in St. Gallen with a pool for swimming lengths and a textile-free sauna area. It has a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam bath and a cold plunge, and there is no time limit on visits.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.

Cooling down

  • Cold plunge (under 20 °C)
    A small pool of cold water, below 20 °C, to dip into after the heat.

Pools and baths

    An indoor pool to relax or swim in.
