About

A large hotel spa in Zurich on the edge of the forest, with good views and a pool for swimming lengths. Women and men each have their own sauna area as well as shared ones, and there is a snow room and a private sauna to rent.

Saunas and steam

    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
