Small indoor pool in the Hohe Tauern village of Mallnitz with two Finnish saunas, a herbal sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and crushed-ice fountain. Sauna entry EUR 25; open in the winter and summer seasons, sauna from 14:00.

    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.

    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.

Cooling down
