Large five-star resort in Finkenberg in the Zillertal with a 5,000 m² spa. Eleven saunas and steam baths including a log sauna by an artificial lake, a snow cave, a 25 m sports pool, a brine pool and a separate Ladies Spa. A guide reports day entry; the hotel's site does not list it.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Infrared sauna
    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.
  • Outdoor sauna
    A sauna in its own cabin or with a door straight to the open air, so you step outside to cool off.
