About

A thermal bath in Frauenkirchen near Lake Neusiedl, with a bathing lake open in summer. Its textile-free sauna area (from age 14) has a 90 °C outdoor sauna, a soft sauna, two steam baths and a daily infusion plan; a lake sauna on stilts is only for day-package guests.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Infrared sauna
    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.
  • Outdoor sauna
    A sauna in its own cabin or with a door straight to the open air, so you step outside to cool off.
