About

A large sports centre in the mountain resort of Lenzerheide, with an indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool and water slides. Its wellness area has Finnish and bio saunas, an infrared cabin, a steam bath, a cold plunge and a Kneipp path.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
