The 3,000 m² spa of the Schlosshotel on the sunny side of Kitzbühel, where visitors can walk in without booking. Panorama and herbal saunas, an event sauna, steam bath, infrared dome, indoor and heated outdoor pools and a gym; morning, evening and day tickets plus 10- and 20-visit cards.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Infrared sauna
    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.
  • Aufguss (sauna ritual)
    A sauna master pours scented water on the hot stones and fans the heat through the room.
