The municipal sauna of Schwaz, now run by a local owner, with Finnish, bio and soft saunas, a brine steam bath, infrared loungers, a pine rest room and a terrace. Thursdays are for women and Fridays for men; other days are mixed.

Saunas and steam

    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Infrared sauna
    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.

    A quiet room with loungers to rest between sauna rounds.
