About

A large thermal bath in Saillon in Valais, with indoor and outdoor pools of thermal spring water and mountain views. The sauna area has Finnish, bio, infrared and outdoor saunas plus a steam bath, and swimwear is worn in the sauna.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
