The small bath of the Kurhaus Bergün: a textile-free sauna in the former ice cellar, a warm bubble pool, an 11 °C plunge pool fed by local mineral water and a Kneipp path. Outside guests pay CHF 30 for about two hours; booking is strongly advised, and it closes between seasons.

Cooling down

  • Cold plunge (under 20 °C)
    A small pool of cold water, below 20 °C, to dip into after the heat.

    Walking barefoot through cold and warm water or over pebbles, after the method of Sebastian Kneipp.
  • Ice plunge (12 °C and colder)
    A small pool of very cold water, 12 °C or colder, for a short dip after the heat.
