Five-star ski hotel in Zürs am Arlberg with about 3,200 m² of spa: a textile-free sauna area (Finnish, bio, steam, infrared, waterfall grotto) for 16+, a separate Lady Spa, a family spa with textile sauna, an indoor pool and a panoramic whirlpool. No day ticket is published.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Infrared sauna
    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.

Cooling down

  • Cold plunge (under 20 °C)
    A small pool of cold water, below 20 °C, to dip into after the heat.
  • Cold bucket shower or waterfall
    A gush of cold water from above, or a bucket you tip over yourself.
  • Rain and mood showers
    Warm showers with changing temperature, light, scent or rain patterns.
  • Kneipp path
    Walking barefoot through cold and warm water or over pebbles, after the method of Sebastian Kneipp.
