A large hotel spa in Müstair, in the mountains, with an indoor pool and a varied sauna area. Choose from Finnish, bio, salt and infrared saunas plus an outdoor sauna, then cool off in the cold plunge or on the Kneipp path.

    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
