The Hannigspa of the Hotel Hannigalp in Grächen has the village's only indoor pool, a Finnish sauna with panorama window, an herbal bio sauna, a steam bath, Kneipp basins and a sauna in an old gondola. Outside guests from 16 pay CHF 49 (spa 10:00–20:00); a private evening spa can be booked.

    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Outdoor sauna
    A sauna in its own cabin or with a door straight to the open air, so you step outside to cool off.

Cooling down
