About

A 2,000 m² nude sauna world on three floors in the Hallo Du leisure park in Ebbs near Kufstein. Panorama and kelo saunas with hourly Aufguss, several steam rooms, a cold-fog grotto, indoor and outdoor pools, a big sauna garden and a lounge facing the Kaiser mountains.

Facilities

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Infrared sauna
    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.
  • Outdoor sauna
    A sauna in its own cabin or with a door straight to the open air, so you step outside to cool off.
  • Aufguss (sauna ritual)
    A sauna master pours scented water on the hot stones and fans the heat through the room.

Cooling down

  • Cold plunge (under 20 °C)
    A small pool of cold water, below 20 °C, to dip into after the heat.
  • Rain and mood showers
    Warm showers with changing temperature, light, scent or rain patterns.
  • Ice fountain
    Crushed ice to rub on your skin after the sauna.
  • Ice fog
    A cold shower of icy mist, to cool down after the heat.
  • Kneipp path
    Walking barefoot through cold and warm water or over pebbles, after the method of Sebastian Kneipp.

    A warm pool with jets of air and water bubbling around you, usually for several people.
  • Indoor pool
    An indoor pool to relax or swim in.
  • Outdoor pool (heated year round)
    An outdoor pool heated enough to use in winter too.

Relaxing

  • Indoor rest area
    A quiet room with loungers to rest between sauna rounds.
  • Salt or brine inhalation room
    A room with salt walls or salty air, for breathing and resting.
  • Outdoor rest area (garden or terrace)
    A garden, terrace or lawn with loungers, to cool down and rest in the fresh air.
