The Arosa Alpine Club has an indoor pool and a sauna area for adults (18+) with a 90 °C sauna with regular infusions, a 60 °C sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and rest room. Opening hours and access for outside guests are not published.

  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.

    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.

    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.
  • Aufguss (sauna ritual)
    A sauna master pours scented water on the hot stones and fans the heat through the room.
