About
A large thermal bath in the countryside at Grub in Appenzell Ausserrhoden, with indoor and outdoor spring-water pools and a hot pool. The sauna area is textile-free, with an outdoor sauna, Aufguss and a monthly women-only day in the colder months.

Saunas and steam
- Finnish sauna
The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.

A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
