A leisure pool in the centre of Ischgl with a 25 m pool, a brine grotto and an outdoor panorama pool. Its large textile-free sauna area has a big panorama sauna, a Swiss-pine sauna, steam baths, a snow grotto and hourly Aufguss sessions.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Aufguss (sauna ritual)
    A sauna master pours scented water on the hot stones and fans the heat through the room.

Cooling down
