A small textile-free sauna garden in Hilfikon with a wood-fired log sauna, spring-water waterfall, natural swimming pond and Kneipp stream. Single entries (CHF 24) need a phone call; Tuesday evening is for women, Thursday evening for men.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Outdoor sauna
    A sauna in its own cabin or with a door straight to the open air, so you step outside to cool off.
  • Wood-fired sauna
    A sauna heated by a wood-burning stove, with a softer heat and the smell of wood smoke.

Cooling down

  • Cold bucket shower or waterfall
    A gush of cold water from above, or a bucket you tip over yourself.
  • Kneipp path
    Walking barefoot through cold and warm water or over pebbles, after the method of Sebastian Kneipp.

Relaxing

  • Indoor rest area
    A quiet room with loungers to rest between sauna rounds.
  • Outdoor rest area (garden or terrace)
    A garden, terrace or lawn with loungers, to cool down and rest in the fresh air.
