A municipal indoor pool in an Art Nouveau building near Innsbruck's centre. The textile-free sauna area has two Finnish saunas, a panorama sauna facing the Nordkette, a bio sauna, a steam room and a big roof terrace; Thursday is women only.

Saunas and steam

    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.

    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.

    An indoor pool to relax or swim in.
  • Pool for swimming lengths
    A pool with lanes, usually 25 or 50 m long, indoors or outdoors.
