The 1,500 m² spa of a hotel in the centre of Schladming, sold to day guests on request: bio sauna, outdoor Finnish sauna, brine steam bath, plunge pool, ice fountain and pools. Cheaper in summer; robe and towels included.

Saunas and steam

  • Finnish sauna
    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.
  • Outdoor sauna
    A sauna in its own cabin or with a door straight to the open air, so you step outside to cool off.

Cooling down

  • Cold plunge (under 20 °C)
    A small pool of cold water, below 20 °C, to dip into after the heat.
  • Ice fountain
    Crushed ice to rub on your skin after the sauna.
