About

The town indoor pool of Kitzbühel, run by the lift company, with a sauna area open five afternoons a week. A stone-oven sauna with Aufguss every half hour, a bio sauna, steam baths, a snow room and infrared loungers; the sauna ticket includes the pool.

Saunas and steam

    The classic dry sauna, usually 80–100 °C.
  • Bio sauna
    A gentler sauna of about 50–60 °C with more humidity, also called sanarium.
  • Steam bath
    Around 45 °C with nearly 100 % humidity.

    Infrared heaters warm the body directly while the air stays cooler.
  • Aufguss (sauna ritual)
    A sauna master pours scented water on the hot stones and fans the heat through the room.
